Windows. It’s been the leading software innovator of the world. But what happened last night made everyone go opinionated. Tablets lovers, this is for you. A fully functional, sleek metro interface with most Windows PC apps, as well as additional apps adding to the “Windows App Store”. But on all PCs? Touch-screen interface will do awesome, but do we really want it on non-touchscreen laptops. I mean, i’m not one too complain, since I am an all-Windows lover, but this is different. It’s still not even in beta. Practically alpha. So this device’s user interface has time to change. Me personally, I would love to see this just as a Windows start menu, on hitting the start icon, you know, have this run in a separate pop-up window. Photos below from Engadget.
